Accessing Student Services at CPP While Remote

Wondering how to access important campus offices such as CAPS and Student Health? Read on! If you're curious about an office that is not on the list, visit their office website at cpp.edu. All offices have updated their websites with COVID-19 information.

Counseling and Psychological Services

In response to Covid-19 and social distancing practices, CAPS will temporarily pause walk-in crisis appointments as our office is currently working remotely for the health and wellbeing of our students, our counselors and the entire campus. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to us by phone at (909) 869-3220, by Instagram or Twitter (@cppcaps), or by email at caps@cpp.edu.

Student Health

Cal Poly Pomona Student Health Services is an essential campus service and will remain open during regular business hours (Mon-Fri, 8 am to 5 pm). In order to provide the most appropriate and expedited care during this time, students MUST CALL 909-869-4000 to make an appointment at Student Health Services. Walk-in appointments are NOT available. If refills are needed for medications, please call 909-869-4000 and health staff will assist with processing refills for you.

Bronco Wellness Center The bronco wellness center is open virtually! Visit their website for information regarding virtual one-on-one educational sessions on various health topics and workshops via Zoom. For more information e-mail wellnessctr@cpp.edu.

Poly Pantry

While the Poly Pantry is closed temporarily, students can get access to community-based food resources on the Poly Pantry website, including links to food pantries and county 211 services.

Basic Needs

The Broncos Care Basic Needs Program is still taking applications. Fill out this form to request meal assistance, emergency housing, and the emergency grant program. Submitting this application does not automatically guarantee approval for all services applied for. This tool is used to asses for eligibility and to gather information prior to the student meeting with the Care Services Coordinator for the Broncos Care Program. Most services are currently only available for enrolled students.

Community Resources

A list of community resources compiled by CPP Basic Needs can be accessed here.
